Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days, where available

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

ATHR is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
